Thanks to the collaboration with Cegos Italia, an International Leader in Corporate Training, Cegos has designed 2 different training courses to better support the Candidate’s entry into the new Company: Soft Skills Development Path, a course of 15 interactive eLearning modules to develop the transversal skills to better develop their professionalism, and MyStory for the Manager, a Web series of 13 episodes, to face the challenges in the new organization and allow them to live the first 100 working days in an immersive way. These contents are eLearning, multilingual and usable in an agile way, with the common goal of Cegos and Tailor&Fox of promoting engagement and involve all the protagonists in a virtuous process and make our proposal unique.
