Graduated in Work and Organisational Psychology at the University of Padua, he afterwards attended a higher education course in Sales & Marketing.
He has gained over 15 years of experience in Personnel Search and Selection, Training and Business Consulting Projects in many sectors, holding roles of increasing responsibility and coordination, both technical and commercial.
During his career, he has had the opportunity to work within Multinational Companies in the HR Sector and Executive Search and Head Hunting Companies, also acting for a specific period the role of HR Manager at a Group of Companies in the Energy Sector.
Today, in addition to playing an active role in the processes of Search and Selection of Middle-Top Profiles, especially in the phases of interaction with the Client, he promotes and manages Management Consulting, Organisational and Digitalisation Projects in the HR area.
