After graduating in Languages, he has gained approximately 15 years of experience in Business Development in the HR Sector, working for important Companies as Branch Manager, Senior Account Manager and Area Manager. He has attended numerous courses and seminars in the field of Recruitment, Training and Personnel Management.
He supports Companies in Recruitment and Selection, Training and Personnel Management Services, with a particular focus on the Industrial Sector and Services, across different business areas. Starting from the analysis of the needs and culture of both Clients and Candidates, he follows the entire process of Recruitment & Selection, passionately accompanying and supporting all the actors involved.
