She gained her ten years’ experience in HR Consulting, dealing with both Personnel Search and Selection and Head Hunting, as well as Outplacement and Career Counselling.
In Tailor&Fox she’s engaged in business development and takes care about the whole recruiting process, from the analysis of the Client’s corporate/management and organizational culture, to the assessment of the technical and soft skills of the Candidates, aiming to the perfect matching between needs of the Company and person’s expectations.
About Middle and Top Management Search & Selections projects, she relies on the method of “Direct Research” and on the “Network Engineering”, established when she was involved in Career Counselling programs.
She’s graduated in Law, passionate about HR issues and the “culture of Work” working on her graduation thesis in Labor Law.
She has a strong passion for cooking, too, so she found a link between this and learning and training interests, designing “Cooking Team Building” formats, live and in “Smart Cooking”, crafty managing the challenge of involving distant people motivating them to share and communicate their olfactory background!
