After graduating in Political Science at Università Cattolica, Marcella attended a Master in “Personnel Selection”. Because of her passion for HR issues she joined an International Head Hunting Company, with a focus on IT, Engineering, Manufacturing, FMCG and Insurance.
She became then Head of Selection in an ambitious Start-up project in Allstate Insurance and afterwards she assumed the role of HR Business Partner of the Head Office for Direct Line; she was responsible for Selection, Organization, Performance Management and Personnel Management.
She returned then to Head Hunting with the role of HR Consultant, focused on Recruiting & Selection in the Middle / Top Management area and then became a Partner of Tailor&Fox.
