The Technology

Through a short Virtual Reality and EEG-based protocol, candidates are immersed in gamified scenarios that simulate real professional situations. Brain activity is captured in real time, producing an individual neurophysiological profile across four core soft skills: stress management, openness, focus, and mental fatigue management.
