Data Protection Policy – Tailor&Fox Srl

The Data Protection Policy employed by Tailor&Fox Srl has been developed as an extension of our commitment to combine the finest quality services with the highest level of integrity in dealing with our Clients, Suppliers, Associates and Staff. The Policy (in accordance with the EU Reg. 2016/679) guides how we collect, store and use information about Individuals and Organisations. It will be continuously assessed against new technologies, business practices and the changing needs of everyone we deal with.


Our Data Protection Policy recognises three kinds of Personal Data, that deserve different levels of protection:

  1. Personally-Identifiable Information includes, for example, e-mail addresses, billing information, employment status and ‘click stream’ data that tracks visitor activity on a Web Site or online service.
  2. A subset of that category, Sensitive Data, deserves additional safeguards. Sensitive Data includes, by way of example, Clients’ confidential data, Individuals’ home telephone numbers, Bank Account, Income Tax and National Insurance numbers, interview notes, CV’s, etc. If your relationship with us includes providing Tailor&Fox Srl with Sensitive Data, we will protect that information with extra care. We will not distribute Sensitive Data outside of Tailor&Fox Srl, if you so request, and will give you the chance to opt out of sharing this information within our own organisation.
  3. The third category of data is represented by the Special Category of Personal Data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, and the processing of Genetic Data, Biometric Data for the purpose of uniquely identifying a natural person, Data concerning health or Data concerning a natural person’s sex life or sexual orientation. This category of Personal Data will not be processed by Tailor&Fox Srl, without the explicit consent of the Candidate.

Tailor&Fox Srl collects Personally-Identifiable Information, Sensitive Data only when there is a legitimate business need to do so.


Our Policy provides the following:

Notice: We will inform you about why we are collecting Personally-Identifiable Information and how we intend to use it. We need to collect and store your name, address, and other basic Personally-Identifiable Information, for example, to provide you with the service you requested, as well as for billing purposes.

Opt Out: From time to time, we are approached by Companies and Organisations that have a product or service that we believe may be of interest to you. We may share your Personally-Identifiable Information with these Companies in an effort to help you find these resources. We will, however, always gain your permission before disclosing Personally-Identifiable Information to Third Parties that are not affiliated to Tailor&Fox Srl.

Security: We will maintain appropriate safeguards to ensure the security, integrity and privacy of your Personally-Identifiable Information.

Review and Correction: We are continuing to enhance our Procedures to enable you to review and correct, upon request, the Personally-Identifiable Information we collect from you. Currently, we need you to make a specific request in a manner that can be verified.


Tailor&Fox Srl will not sell Personal Data in any Form, including mailing lists. All its Data are for internal use only.


Tailor&Fox Srl will continue to oversee implementation of and compliance with our Policy and will adapt the Policy to reflect changes in technology and the expectations of everyone we deal with. To ensure that we are following our stated Policy, we also conduct periodic and random Audits of our Web Site and other systems.


Tailor&Fox Srl Data Protection Policy has been developed out of respect for the Privacy preferences and choices of our Candidates, Suppliers, Customers, Associates and Staff. We have established procedures to ensure that every reasonable effort is made to address your concerns.

Analytical information on the processing of personal data for purposes of research and selection of personnel

Pursuant to art. 13 of the legislative decree n. 196 of 30 June 2003, in terms of Protection of Persons with regard to the Processing of Personal Data, here below we indicate the methods and principles based on the processing of Personal Data.


Treatment Mode

  1. a) A response to announcements in daily and / or periodical press, on the website, for self-application, a direct registration on the Tailor & Fox Srl database, and reply to advertisements on websites for specialized personnel, following a computer, paper or other means chosen by you, all these actions may generate a Data Collection.
  2. b) The Personal Data contained in the CV sent by you (including any photographic reproductions), as well as the data you have provided by sending your professional cards, filling in forms and questionnaires, tests and other Data supplied by you to Tailor&Fox Srl by post, computer or telematics, manual or orally, they are destined to be registered in our databases and used and processed for our activities of personnel search and selection services on behalf of third parties and for related services concerning the consultancy in human resources / organization / personnel management / training, carried out by Tailor&Fox, exclusively for its Client Companies. The treatment can be done both automatically and manually.
  3. c) In relation to the pursuit of the aforementioned purposes, your Personal Data will NOT be disseminated, but will be made visible and communicated to our Client Companies. For example, the Data may be communicated to:
  • Data Processors.
  • Any other subjects expressly in charge of the processing.
  • Employees and / or Collaborators and / or Professionals and / or Subjects who collaborate with Tailor&Fox Srl for the purposes indicated.
  • Potential Employers.
  • Associations of Entrepreneurs or Companies.
  • Subjects or categories of subjects indicated by the Candidate.

d) The consent to the Processing of Data is expressed by countersigning the appropriate clause contained in the Form for Data Collection and authorization to process data submitted to you on the first interview. The express consent also includes the processing of sensitive data that Candidate may have written in his CV.e) If you do not provide the authorization to the use of your Data, It is impossible to carrying out the Research and Selection of Personnel and, in general, the pursuit of the purposes as expressed above.f) Your Data received in electronic format through the website will be stored in digital form and may transferred on paper supports, for the execution of any further selection operations, subject to possible updating of the same. Your Data will be stored for a maximum of 5 years, starting from the last update (updating means both changes made by you and by Tailor&Fox Srl with your express consent). In the absence of any update of the Data within the aforementioned term, the Data will be deleted.g) Regarding the Data received by e-mail through domain an email reply or a telephone contact may be activated aiming to enter your Data in our database to complete our Form for Data Collection and authorization to process your Data.  Rights of Interested People (Article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 – Article 13 of the EU Reg. 2016: 679).
